The title really says it. Liverpool won 6-0 against Newcastle United today with a brace by former Chelsea reserve Daniel Sturridge and Jordan Henderson, along with Daniel Agger's 3rd minute goal and 1 more from Fabio Borini. Newcastle even lost a player, Mathieu Debuchy, in the 75th minute.
Also, Athletic Bilbao tied Barcelona 2-2 on a late equalizer from Ander Herrera.
I guess the question everyone is asking is whether Liverpool can thrive without Suarez. It seems as though they know how to get the job done, but then again, maybe Newcastle didn't give them a competitive match today.
